DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP

I led a three day workshop where I worked with ten business stakeholders to define the vision for a digital product for an independent review board. I was responsible for planning and leading the workshop, and then delivering all workshop findings in a consumable outcomes document complete with visualized solutions. Key activities included customer journey mapping, solutions brainstorming (through a 'how might we' facilitated exercise), solution storyboarding, collaborative sketching, and impact vs effort scoring with development team.

In addition to conducting a the three day workshop, our design discovery process included stakeholder interviews, voice of customer interviews, industry research, the development of validated user stories, and visualizations for future prototyping based on the solutions discovered during the workshop.
